BONNEL LINE.

With a density as low as 100 springs per square meter, this type of structure covers the widest range of solutions, from historical traditional to consumer and mass retail.
The additional application of steel plate perimeter frames allows the edge of the springing to be stiffened.

Bonnel Standard

Springing consists of biconical high-carbon steel springs from wire diameters of 2.0 mm to 2.4 mm. Springing density is between 100 and 150 springs per square meter in our standard (7x22) and super (8x24) versions. Available with application of steel plate perimeter frames.

Number of coils: 4-5-6
Wire diameter: 2 .00-2.20-2.40 mm

Bonnel HD

High spring density version, up to 215 per square meter, of the classic "Bonnel" springing. The high-carbon biconical springs are available in wire diameters of mm. 1.90 and mm 2.00. The application of steel plate perimeter frames also allows the springs to be stiffened.
